Food and wine lovers will unite this weekend during the 2012 National Harbor Wine & Food Festival happening May 5-6 with over 150 different wines, beers, and spirits at your disposal.

To enhance the weekend wine experience, Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center will also be offering a unique wine dinner at the Old Hickory Steakhouse featuring Cooking Light and Tortoise Creek Wines on Saturday, May 5.

This intimate five-course dinner will be paired with distinct, flavorful wine, and a seasonally inspired artisanal cheese course that will take place inside one of the river front rooms overlooking the Potomac River.

Highlights from the menu include Oysters, barely seared Salmon with Spring Veggies, and Lamb Porterhouse.

For just $125, each guest will receive a complimentary copy of Cooking Light magazine, a five-course meal, and meet the owners behind Tortoise Creek Wines to get an extensive look into the winemaking business.
